"Sunday, Mr. Bush defended his authorization of secret wiretaps via an NSA program saying it's a limited initiative that tracks only incoming calls to the United States.


Gee, we have only your word for that. We have no idea whose calls you are tracking, because the whole program is secret, and hasn't been cleared by any court. So why the hell would we believe you?

"It's seems logical to me that if we know there's a phone number associated with al Qaeda or an al Qaeda affiliate and they're making phone calls, it makes sense to find out why," Mr. Bush said.


Yes, it certainly DOES make sense to find out why. And if that's actually what you were doing, you would have had no trouble obtaining a warrant from a FISA court. So why didn't you?

Because that WASN'T what you were doing, and you are lying.
