The Congressional Research Service - non-partisan group - says that "it appears unlikely" that a court would buy Bush transparent bullshit that Congress authorized him to spy.
Ok, that's good. But you know what's sad - that it's actually being trumpeted as though it was a matter of debate. Of COURSE Congress didn't authorize him to spy domestically. If they authorized it, they wouldn't be pissed at him for doing it. Sheesh.
