Vote

Krugman has a piece today about Republican efforts to block and suppress votes, which goes into more detail about what has already been linked and posted. I think this is a terribly important issue. Republican efforts to block and suppress votes have been going on for years, and it is hostile to absolutely everything I was taught this country stood for. Perhaps I am the victim of nostalgic rose-colored glasses, but when I was younger, both parties encouraged EVERYONE to vote. NO more. Now, one party encourages, and one parties discourages.
