The latest Government Spin comes from the Pentagon, where spokesman Larry Di Rita (Curly Joe's brother, no doubt) says that they doscovered the weapons were missing back in March 2003.
Josh Marshall is doing extensive investigation on this, and pointing out that this is all damage control, with the principles making up theories as they go along and continuously contradicting themselves. It's well worth reading the whole thing.
The short version: if the government knew the weapons were missing 18 months ago, how come Scott McClellan spent the whole day yesterday saying that they just found out 10 days ago?
