U.S. Is Warning North Koreans on Nuclear Test

"We don't know what we'll do, but we'll do something. What it is, we don't know yet, but it will be - boy, it will be - well, you'll see."

Sadly, about all that we have in this case is bluster. About the only weapon we have is the U.N. and we have gone out of our way to not only insult them, but to render them as powerless as possible. China won't get on board, and I have no idea why anybody expects them to.

This is the result of an almost insane level of incompetence on the part of the Bush administration. They actually believe that bullying is a substitute for thinking.
