Surprise, surprise

Bush plan vague on torture, evidence

WASHINGTON -- Despite assurances that evidence obtained through torture will be off-limits, the Bush administration's proposed rules for terrorism tribunals do not contain clear guidelines for determining whether torture was employed and would leave such decisions to military judges, according to documents and statements from a senior administration legal adviser.

Is it okay to say that George W. Bush obviously likes the ideea of torturing people? Or does the press still think it's off limits to state the obvious?

If it's vague, it's vague intentionally. It's vague because torture-boy just doesn't like the idea of rules.
