The terror threat has been raised. They believe that they have credible evidence of attacks on New York and Washington, with financial institutions specifically targetted. Lower Manhattan looks like occupied territory. I don't know if they are taking the same major measures at the Citibank building up around 57th Street, but they are fools if they don't.
And the National Guard? Thanks to Bush, they're all in IRAQ when they should be HERE.
