And, after all of the failures, all of the fuckups, all of the horrible results of the failures and the fuckups, and all of the ANGER of the American populace at the horrible results of the failures and the fuckups - they STILL don't think that maybe it might be a good idea to PLAN military operations, and to MAKE SURE that they are doing things right BEFORE they just start bombing shit?
