Shocker - Bush keeps secrets.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Bush administration was running several intelligence programs, including one major activity, that it kept secret from Congress until whistle-blowers told the House of Representatives Intelligence Committee, the committee's chairman said on Sunday.

Rep. Pete Hoekstra, a Michigan Republican who chairs the House Intelligence Committee, said on Fox News Sunday he had written a four-page to President George W. Bush in May warning him that the failure to disclose the intelligence activities to Congress may be a violation of the law.

Bush has run the WHOLE WHITE HOUSE with secrecy as his cardinal principle for six years, now, aided and abetted by the press corps. the Congressional Republicans, and, most disgracefully, some Democrats.

Why is Hoekstra surprised? Bush has claimed that normal standards, rules and laws simply do not apply to him, and has been allowed to get away with such an outrageous claim without any repurcussions whatsoever. The little boy has been told that it is his ball, his game and his rules to change whenever he pleases.

Congress has willingly cut its own nuts off, and now seems indignant when Bush treats them like eunuchs.

It's about time these clowns woke up and took an along and honest look at the monster of their own creation.
