News flash: Bush lies

WASHINGTON (AFP) — US President George W. Bush is to announce Thursday a cut of 30,000 soldiers from Iraq by next July and a top Iraqi official said another 30,000 may have gone by the end of 2008.

Is there anybody who isn't aware that this is a lie, and that Bush is actually trying to figure out how to stay in Iraq forever?

I mean, how many times does he have to play the same game before the idiot press figures it out?

Absolutely. Anyone with a brain in their head has to know that this is another in a long line of lies. In fact, in this case, Bush&Co. say the troops will start coming home as long as progress is made, which of course anyone with an elementary understanding of the region knows, it won't be made. So the stage is set for “staying the course” even though it’s a train wreck ahead and we all know it.

Furthermore, the infuriating part is that the Right gets on board with troop reduction when the commander-in-thief says its prudent, but the Democrats are a party that "cuts and runs" if they suggest such actions.

Its a mind f-.
