Bush was warned - in plain, unequivocal terms - about what Katrina would do, and they have him being warned on video.

The Katrina mess COULDN'T be Bush's fault. He was ON VACATION and everyone knows you can't be blamed for what happens when you are on vacation!
That's probably why Bush has taken more vacations that the last 3 Presidents COMBINED!!!
