Dean Running for DNC Chair

Get ready for this sterling example of Republican logic: "He yelled at a rally, so he's a bad choice." Seriously. They WILL say that, and with a straight face, too.

But he is running, and, personally, I think he's a very, very good choice. He energizes the grass roots, he had the good sense to oppose Iraq from the get-go, he doesn't believe in ceding ANYTHING to the Republicans. If Dean is in charge, the DNC will stop the nonsense of trying to win elections by tiny margins - which is why they've lost. They've ONLY campaigned in places that they beleived were undecided and to PEOPLE they believed were undecided - and BOY, is that stupid. With Dean in charge, the Dems won't concede UTAH, much less Pennsylvania.

Check this out, from the article:

"But just a year ago, Dean's candidacy faltered in the Iowa caucuses as he finished third behind Sen. John Kerry of Massachusetts and former Sen. John Edwards of North Carolina. Dean's bizarre "yeee-ah" shout during a post-caucus rally in Des Moines was played over and over on television."

You read it right there: Dean shouted "yeah" (spelled "yeee-ah" for effect) at a RALLY. How bizarre.

Was there EVER a clearer example of a media-created frenzy than that horseshit?
