That erudite, liberal, blogging cockroach, archy, has come up with what I think is an astounding find: the U.S. State Department produced a list of countries where Al Qaeda operated back in November 2001, and Iraq wasn't on it.
Take a look at the article and the accompanying map. The State Department still has it up.
Was Bush aware of this? Did he ignore it?
