Does calling someone a "Czar" mean that they'll actually do a good job?
It looks like the Commander-In-Chief needs ANOTHER Commander-In-Chief. Or, more likely, needs somebody to blame the coming fiasco on.
I wonder if Bush will put him in a cool costume.
